Understand your rights and our policy regarding returns and refunds for SuperClassic and other Hahmo DSP products.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)
Under EU consumer protection law, you normally have a right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of the order.
However, this right does not apply to:
- Digital content supplied by download, once delivery has begun with your prior consent.
- Software once a license key has been issued or activation has started.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that delivery of your license begins immediately and waive your statutory right of withdrawal once the license is issued.
Refunds
We may still grant refunds in the following cases:
- You were charged in error or experienced duplicate billing.
- You could not activate the product despite following our support instructions.
- The product was not delivered correctly (e.g. missing license email).
Refunds are not available for change of mind or after successful license activation.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@hahmodsp.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.
Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method via Paddle.com. Processing times vary by payment method but typically take 3-10 business days.
