• From our license server (when you activate software):
  • Email / username linked to your license.
  • License key.
  • Device identifiers and activation count (to enforce activation limits).
  • Timestamps of license creation, activation, and last login.
  • Technical flags (e.g. whether your email is verified, whether a license is blocked).
  • Non-sensitive transaction data from Paddle (order ID, checkout ID, currency, amount).
• Optional account data (if you create a user account): Password hash (never stored in plain text), user role (user/admin), verification token and expiry.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use this information to:

• Process and fulfill your order.
• Generate and manage your license keys.
• Enforce license terms (activation limits, anti-piracy).
• Provide technical support.
• Send important service emails (license delivery, verification, updates).
• Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Who Has Access

• Hahmo Productions (Hahmo DSP): For license management and support.
• Paddle.com Market Ltd: As our Merchant of Record, Paddle handles all payments and tax compliance. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Service providers (email, hosting): Limited access only as needed to provide our services.

4. Data Retention

• License and activation records: kept for the lifetime of the product license.
• Account records: kept until you request deletion.
• Transaction records: retained as required by Finnish and EU tax law (typically 6–10 years).

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
