End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Hahmo Productions (Hahmo DSP), Business ID 1813364-5, Viistokuja 4 A 78, 33960 Pirkkala, Finland ("we", "our", "us") for the use of our software products including SuperClassic and any related components, media files, printed materials, and documentation.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the software.

1. Grant of License

• This EULA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on devices you own or control.
• You may install and use the software on multiple computers/devices that you personally own and operate.
• Commercial use is permitted under this license for music production, recording, and performance.
• You may use the software to create commercial musical works without additional royalty payments to us.

2. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software.
• You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the software.
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the software.
• You may not use the software to create competing software products.
• Sharing license keys or activation codes is strictly prohibited.

3. Ownership

• The software and all accompanying materials are owned by Hahmo Productions and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• This EULA grants you rights to use the software but does not transfer ownership.
• All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Hahmo Productions.

4. Updates and Support

• We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the software at our discretion.
• Updates may require acceptance of additional or revised terms.
• Technical support is provided via email at support@hahmodsp.com.
• Support is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed response times.

5. Termination

• This license is effective until terminated by either party.
• The license terminates automatically if you breach any terms of this EULA.
• Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.
• We may terminate this license at any time with 30 days' written notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or that its operation will be uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

• The software may collect anonymous usage statistics to help improve the product.
• No personal information or audio content is transmitted without your explicit consent.

9. Governing Law

• This EULA is governed by the laws of Finland.
• Any disputes arising from this EULA will be resolved by the courts of Finland.
